Overview

The town of Middletown, Del. adopts and enforces the following codes:

Chapter 34 Existing Buildings and Structures

Section 3412. 2 Applicability, is amended by deleting in the first sentence “(DATE TO BE INSERTED BY JURISDICTION. NOTE IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THIS DATE COINCIDE WITH THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF BUILDING CODES WITHIN THE JURISDICTION)”, and insert: “January 1, 2015”,
